Taking part in the Britcar double-header at Spa is a stunning Aston Martin Vulcan AMR Pro. Entered by Venture Engineering, the Vulcan is the flagship model of Aston Martin’s "AMR" performance brand. It will be raced at Spa by its owner, Gleb Stepanovs, who will be joined by his regular driver coach, Steve Tomkins. In the early days, the duo focused on track days before competing in a few Aston Martin Owners’ Club (AMOC) races and most recently took part in the Gumball Rally.

Spa is a brand new challenge for them, as Stepanovs explains: "Racing an Aston Martin Vulcan at a circuit as iconic as Spa-Francorchamps is the stuff that dreams are made of. Vulcan was designed for tracks like Spa with its fast, sweeping curves, so we really can’t wait to get out there and race. We’re very happy to be able to go racing again now that the lockdowns are easing and to do it at a circuit like this is going to be great. Spa is a real test of "man and machine" so we are looking forward to this exciting challenge."
