Saturday May 3rd will see Britcar competitors taking on the Silverstone GP circuit for a 90 minute encounter around the famous sweeps of the Northamptonshire venue. Sharing the track with the 35+ car Britcar grid will be the visiting Dutch Supercar Championship and with their regulations allowing for a wider spread of vehicles it opens up the opportunity for cars who are not normally eligible for Britcar to come and enjoy the racing and the atmosphere of a Britcar event. DSC allow cars up to and including GT3 cars to take part so although they will be utilising a separate start to the Britcar Championship grid if you have a GT style car that fits outside of Britcar’s eligibility you can still join the race and enjoy 90 mins of action around the Grand Prix circuit.
