Britcar heads to Le Mans for the final race of the 2020 Dunlop Endurance eSeries presented by Brabham Automotive.

The final round of the inaugural Britcar Dunlop Endurance eSeries presented by Brabham Automotive takes place next week on the hallowed tarmac of Le Mans and the Circuit de la Sarthe. The race will be a 1 hour endurance race with a mandatory pitstop, echoing the real life Britcar Endurance Championship. The entry list sees the Brabham Automotive team welcoming onboard their biggest challenger from the early season with Morgan Short, son of Britcar legend and Le Mans competitors Martin Short, swapping out his trusted BMW Z4 GT3 for the Brabham BT62 entered by Motus One. The other big news in Class 1 is the MacG team changing marque from their Glickenhaus SCG0003 to the Morgan Aero 8 GT2. The Morgan is new to the Britcar eSeries but the plan is for MacG to develop and run the car for the 2021 eSeries season. Alex Day and Chris Clarke will be upholding GT3 honours in their AMG and BMW respectively with Britcar director Jason Williams making his eSeries debut in his similar BMW Z4 GT3.

Class 2 sees the Trico supported quartet of Sarah Moore, Jemma Moore, Moh Ritson and Greg King taking on the similar Ginetta of David Farrow and the SEAT TCR’s of Sheilds Bergstrom and James Rainford with the Porsche of Peter Spano getting quicker every race and Alain Remius hoping to capitalise on his class pole position from Silverstone with a strong showing here.

The race will be uploaded to the Britcar YouTube channel and the Britcar eSeries channel on Motorsport.TV in the coming weeks.
