Raceworks are back in Britcar with their G55 GT4 contesting the GT Class. Raceworks have a long history with Britcar, having originally raced as Promotasport in the early days of the Championship with Andrew Davies and ‘ex-Stig’ Ben Collins racing a Marcos Mantis. For 2025, their newly acquired Ginetta G55 will be going head-to-head with established teams in the hugely competitive GT class. They will be running the car for rising talent Chris Bingham, who graduated from a successful career in karting across the UK, Europe and the USA, into MX5’s last year to learn the circuits before progressing to the modern slicks and wings GT car in the G55.

Chris is looking forward to the season ahead, “I am excited to take on the challenge of Britcar in 2025 and I’m incredibly grateful to my sponsors, MWS, for their support. I am proud to promote their product Steel Bricks and look forward to representing them this season“.

Chris is continuing with his driver coach Michael Lyons who may be joining Chris in the longer races.

You can catch all the action from the first round of the Britcar Endurance Championship at Silverstone on the 5th of April or by watching the livestream on the BARC channel on YouTube.
