The upcoming Donington Park round see the return of Woodard Racing’s John Cooper Works MINI after a couple of seasons sabbatical. Team principle Pete Woodard explained "We thoroughly enjoyed racing in Britcar and with endurance racing our focus the format suits us absolutely. Claire and the team at Britcar always do a great job and nothing is too much trouble for them. The new format for 2019 is a logical development as far as I’m concerned making it easier for the spectator to follow and still giving us plenty of track time."

"This year we have a new title sponsor, the Bucket Manufacturing Company and the TV and press coverage is exactly what we are looking for to promote the BMC brand."

"We have undertaken a lot of development work since the start of the year and we’re looking forward to seeing how we measure up against the opposition! The driver line-up hasn’t been finalised yet but I expect Daniel, my son, will be in the car."

"Being a Class 5 car clearly we won’t be the fastest but we have a lot of fun mixing it with the quicker machinery, especially through the corners where the BMC MINI will be as fast as anything out there. I’m really looking forward to it!"
