Britcar are delighted to announce that we have contracted Butcher and Boss to provide event catering for a third consecutive year. Craig Collington, Executive Chef of Butcher and Boss, has grown a close affinity with all involved with Britcar, and is lauded for producing innovative menus in challenging circumstances. He says of this latest development: "Butcher and Boss are delighted to be the caterer behind Britcar Endurance Championship for our third full season.
