Mike started racing in May 1965 and instructing on track in the early 1970s and since then his 50+ year racing career has included Formula Ford 1600, European Formula Three, European Formula 5000, World Championship Formula One and the World Sports Car Championship. Mike has won 12 British Championships in Sports, GT and Touring cars including most recently the 2013 Britcar Production Cup Championship and one World Championship – the 1986 World Group C2 Team World Championship with Ecurie Ecosse. As well as track tuition, he also coaches in helicopters.
