With the current hold on national Motorsport until at least the end of June, Britcar are proud to announce the Britcar E Series.

The Britcar E Series will be a series of individual races closely mirroring the missing Britcar rounds at the start of 2020. Final details are being worked out but the plan is to host round one at the virtual Donington Park and round two at the virtual Spa-Francorchamps. We will announce the continuing rounds in due course.

The races will be 30 minute, single driver, run on PC using the Assetto Corsa software with classes closely mirroring the Endurance Category. We are opening registrations in the next few days and hope to have as many Britcar teams and drivers take part as well as fans of the Championship for a fun, informal, but competitive series of races.

We know nothing can replace the real thing but hopefully this will go some way towards adding as much ‘social’ into the social distancing as possible.

We will be treating this as much like a real life race meeting as possible with our press officer, Steve Wood, providing his usual build up, interviews and post race reporting and insights and we hope to broadcast the races with full commentary to our YouTube channel.

Once we have finalised plans we will open registrations, announce race dates, eligible cars and open a practice server.

We look forward to welcoming you online soon!
