Alongside their British Endurance Championship campaign, MacG Racing will be chasing down the Trophy Championship in their RX87 FD. Josh Tomlinson will be joining Jonny MacGregor for the full season, as they look to build on the 2021 season, and in particular the final race where the duo stormed through from the back of the grid to finish 5th at the flag. Some further updates to the RX87 have been completed through the winter which should enhance performance, and allow them to be running at the sharp end of the field through 2022.
MacG Racing also bring a new partner, ICD Group, into the fold for 2022. ICD manufactures metallic components for demanding applications using Metal Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Machining and a variety of other associated metal powder forming technologies. ICD also offers, rapid prototyping, component design, reverse engineering and polymer printing. Their technology and capability is focussed around supporting demanding industries such as motorsport, aerospace, energy and defence.
