Making the most of the Britcar race weekends will be British Endurance Championship entrants Chris Bialan and Simon Mason who are also entered into class A of Britcar Trophy with the same Cupra Gen 1 they will be racing in BEC. “It makes best value of race weekends, the team are already there, the tyres are cheaper and the races shorter, so lets do it” commented Chris.
Simon added “We’ve had a good dry day testing on the Direzzas and they last for ages on the Cupra and are only a couple of seconds a lap slower than the slicks without any significant set up changes”.
