TSR stands for Team Sellars Racing and whilst they share the name and race number of TSR in the real life Britcar Trophy Championship they are an independant organisation of like minded real world racers chasing the outright win in an Audi R8 GT3. In the real world they all met racing in the 750 motor club, maybe their first experiences of Britcar will bring them into the Britcar paddock in 2024? The team is made up of 5 drivers, Eddie Mawer, Tom Gadd, Tom Parker Thor Tulloh and Dave Martin:

Eddie Mawer – Eddie is a farmer from Grimsby, who’s been racing in the Ma7da series since 2022. He’s racked up 7 wins and 5 podiums since then. He’s passionate about anything with four wheels and a motor, be it a racecar or a combine harvester.

Tom Gadd – Tom’s a former locost champion, who won the F1000 championship this year. He’s hoping to make it a double next year.

Tom Parker – Tom’s racing career started in Ginetta Juniors in 2014, and progressed through MX5s and Citroen C2s to locosts, where he finished runner up this year. Tom’s career highlight so far is winning the “fat and furious” award in 2022, and he’s been training hard to win the
coveted “2 fat 2 furious” in 2024.

Thor Tulloh – Thor moved all the way from Texas to join the locost series in 2021. Despite not knowing how to “drive stick”, he finished
10th overall this year.

Dave Martin – Dave’s a multiple race-winning locost driver, and is moving on to the Ma7da series next year. Known for (sensibly) wearing a
full race suit at all times.

Over to Dave for a few “thank-you’s” for the help they’ve had getting their team on the grid: “I’d like to give a shout out to Stuart and Chris Sellars, who run TSR. I’d also like to thank Ben Powney for supporting us this weekend – unfortunately he couldn’t drive with us due to his advanced age.
